Does the doctor speak English?
Yes. Consultations can be in English or Spanish, and documents are provided in the language you need.
How do I pay?
In US dollars or pesos. Financing options exist for international patients; the payment link is sent by WhatsApp after your medical evaluation. See financing.
How many times do I have to cross?
It depends on the treatment. IVF usually takes two or three short stays; surgery, one stay of two to three days.
Where is the office?
In Tijuana, about 20 minutes from the San Ysidro port of entry. We send the location and transportation tips on WhatsApp. Medical passes for faster return crossing can be arranged.
How much does it cost compared with the US?
We do not publish prices because every case involves different tests and stages. After your evaluation you receive a clear quote on WhatsApp, in US dollars, with no hidden fees. Treatment in Tijuana generally costs less than in California for the same procedure, but we would rather you compare a real number than a promise.
Can I use the tests I already had in the US?
Almost always. Send them on WhatsApp before the video call; the doctor reviews them and only asks for what is missing or expired, so you avoid repeating and paying twice.
Do you guarantee a pregnancy?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What we do guarantee is an honest diagnosis, a step-by-step plan, and a doctor who tells you clearly when to keep going and when to change course.
Is it safe?
Tijuana is one of the largest medical tourism destinations in the world. The office is in an established medical area and we help with trusted transportation and lodging.
